What mailing carrier is used to ship my order?

 Orders are typically shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for any damages made in the transit process.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders are usually received, processed, and shipped within 10 - 14 business days. Merchandise orders are fulfilled by an alternate printing company. Merchandise is made to order and may take 14-21 business days to be processed and shipped. If you have questions about the status of your order or shipping method, please use the Contact link in the menu to submit your inquiry. 

Be advised that due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. Please allow up to an additional 14 business days for fulfillment & shipping. Thank you for your support & patience.

Can I change the address on my order?

Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect, please use the Contact link in the menu to send the correct address as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent and is not received due to an error made at checkout, you will be charged another shipping fee to resend the order.

Can I return an item or receive a refund?

 Refunds, returns, exchanges and/or store credit are not available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an issue with your order (such as a misprint, receiving the wrong item, incorrect size/color, etc.), please use the Contact link in the menu to submit the issue.

How can I order a custom painting or logo for my business?

Fall/Winter commission requests are open and very limited. Commission requests include custom paintings, digital illustrations, and branding packages (such as logos, business card designs, merchandise designs, etc) are subject to review.  Please visit the Services link in the menu for further information.

I saw something that I want to purchase that isn’t listed in your shop. Is there a way I can still order?

Certain artworks and designs are seasonal and/or limited. Other artworks and designs may be discontinued. For inquiries about purchasing other artwork, designs, merchandise, etc that is not listed for sale in Shop, please use the Contact link in the menu to submit your inquiry.

Can I book you to live paint? or speak at an event?

Where are you located?

We are currently in Colorado Springs, CO, but travel often.
